Vox says it does not guarantee support for the investiture of Azcón (PP) in Aragon: “Without an agreement on the program there is nothing to talk about”
Vox’s candidate for the presidency of Aragon in the last elections, Alejandro Nolasco, has warned that the agreement to preside over the regional parliament reached with the PP does not guarantee the support of the far-right formation for the investiture of Jorge Azcón as head of the l ‘Aragonese executive, but it will depend on a programmatic agreement.
“We will act in full respect of the institution, it is an honor for Marta [Fernández, la nueva presidenta de las Cortes en Aragón] He will do an excellent job,” Nolasco assured. This decision “doesn’t affect the investiture. If we don’t agree on the schedule, there’s nothing to talk about,” Nolasco insisted.
“We want things to change and for this we must have a real program agreement and if we don’t agree we’ll see what happens”, repeated Nolasco, who also underlined the importance of the parliamentary agreement because “the voice the Aragonese”.
Nolasco assured that Azcón’s investiture was not discussed and reiterated that for his training “the question of seats is the last”. “It’s the same for us that some go out to let others in; it will be beautiful and important”, which is why he warns that from now on “anything can happen”, even if the “good” part is that they will open a negotiation at the table to have “already constant” meetings.
