Xavi’s affectionate message to Cazorla after saying goodbye to Al-Sadd

“The best in everything! Thank you,” the Barca coach responded to the Asturian’s farewell letter on social networks

“You made me feel at home. I hope Al-Sadd gets big victories in the coming years,” Cazorla wrote.

Santi Cazorlaa footballer who has gone through Málaga, Villarreal or Arsenal, among other teams, confirmed his farewell to Al-Sadd, the team where he met Xavi Hernández before the coach’s departure for FC Barcelona to take over the reins of the Catalanswith which he conquered La Liga last season.

“You made me feel at home. I hope Al-Sadd achieves great successes in the coming years. I will cheer from afar”the talented Asturian player wrote through his social networks, a publication to which the current Barça coach responded with a short but affectionate message. “The best in everything! Thank you,” replied Xavi, accompanying his message with a series of emoticons: top, kiss, heart and soccer ball.

Cazorla leaves Al-Sadd having played 76 games in all seasons for the Qatari side, with whom he scored 32 goals. “It was a real pleasure to defend these colours,” assured the Spaniard in his farewell. There he won 2 Scudetti, 2 Cups, a League Cup and a Star Cup.
