The 100 Golden Boy candidates: Gavi is the favourite

The Andalusian Barça player is one of the great candidates for the title together with Musiala and Bellingham

In addition to the midfielder, Alejandro Balde is also among the candidates

The 100 nominees aspiring to win the Golden Boy are already known. Among all, the names of three midfielders stand out who are the ones who really opt for the title. Barça’s Andalusian midfielder Pablo Paez Gavira ‘Gavi’ is one of the favoritestogether with Jamal Musiala, from Bayern Munich, and Jude Bellingham, a recent signing from Real Madrid.

In addition to Gavi and Bellingham, the Spanish league adds five other players to the list. It is Alejandro Balde, of BarçaMohamed Ali-Cho, from Real Sociedad, Pablo Barrios, from Atlético de Madrid, Arda Güler, recent Real Madrid signing, and Arnau Martínez, from Girona. Among them, the two from Barça, the one from Girona and the two from Madrid They are the ones in the top-50.

As for nationalities, France is the one that contributes the most. It has 16 candidates, some notable such as Zaire-Emery (PSG) or Matthys Tel (Bayern Munich). In the case of Spain, they are Gavi, Balde, Arnau, Barrios and Bajcetic of Liverpool.
